About the role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Motor Vehicle Engineering Lecturer to join a highly regarded mainstream college in Stoke‑on‑Trent. In this full‑time position you will share your industry expertise, inspire learners and help shape the future workforce of the automotive sector.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and practical lessons to students, fostering a positive learning environment. Drive learner achievement and maintain high teaching standards. Design and implement innovative schemes of learning that motivate and challenge students to reach their full potential.
Qualifications
* A first class or 2:1 degree in Motor Vehicle Engineering or a Level 3 qualification in the same field
* Assessing award
* Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Qualification
* Experience teaching young people in a diverse setting
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
