This team works with children and young people who are currently in their care. Supporting children and their families who have a plan to live outside of family care. Ideally you will have: Experience of working within a variety of teams within children’s services ideally cared for teams Proven track record of statutory social work experience Sound and robust legal framework knowledge Can manage your own caseload and have good communication skills SWE registered.
