Our company provides care services to people with continuing healthcare needs, working alongside our NHS and social care partners to keep people at home amongst their family and friends.
We provide varied care and support to individual people, from daily hourly visits up to full 24-hour care shifts. A combination of work patterns are available, which may help you achieve an ideal home/work life balance.
We pride ourselves on delivering a consistently high-quality care service to people in the community (please read our CQC report).

We are a local Lincolnshire company and have been providing care to local people for over 30 years. This knowledge and experience has helped us to create a working environment that focuses on our customers and staff.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
Necessary:
1. Kind, Compassionate, Caring
2. Own or have access to a vehicle + valid driver's license
Desirable:
1. Care Experience (do not worry if not, we provide an extensive induction programme)
2. A good sense of humour
