About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Psychiatry Consultants to join leading healthcare providers across Australia. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality psychiatric care to patients, working within multi-disciplinary teams across hospitals and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across various settings.
Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
Contribute to clinical governance, research, and service development initiatives.
Participate in on-call rosters as required.
Requirements:
Medical degree and specialist qualification in Psychiatry (FRANZCP or equivalent, e.g., MRCPsych with eligibility for RANZCP assessment).
Full registration or eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Strong communication, leadership, and team-working skills.
Experience working in diverse clinical environments is highly desirable.
