White Goods Engineer
Location: Wednesbury, Birmingham Customer Service Centre. The role is permanent, full time. Salary: £32,000–£36,000 depending on experience. Shift Pattern: Monday‑Friday with every third Saturday in, Monday will be off following week. Areas covered: West Midlands, Staffordshire, Warwickshire.

Whether you’re installing, diagnosing faults or making a vital repair, you’ll be on hand with the right skills, right knowledge and plenty of smiles to make sure every experience is a great one.
Role overview
* Drive your company van and manage your own day effectively (work mainly on your own).
* Test, diagnose and fix white goods in customers’ homes.
* Provide and implement technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
* Build our reputation as a home services expert.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
* Full UK/EU driving licence with no penalty points.
* ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1) – ideally but not essential.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
