28th May, 2026 Head Chef - Hands-On Leadership Role Location: Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire Salary: £48,667.50 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays) About the role Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a prestigious hospitality venue at Hoar Cross Hall. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for a chef who enjoys being on the pass, leading by example and running a well-organised kitchen. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, maintaining high food standards, supporting menu development and creating a positive, motivated team environment. Quality, consistency and teamwork are at the heart of this role.
