Hygiene Contracts Ltd are seeking an Office Administrator (Full Time - 8.30am-5pm - Monday-Friday) with experience in this type of role preferably. This role includes compiling reports, paperwork, compiling invoices and other company documentation to be issued to our customers, sending emails to customers, answering the telephone, taking customer enquiries.
The role will include using excel, word & Microsoft TEAMS therefore experience in using this software is required. Training will be given on our systems & processes. Interviews will be held at our office located in Basildon.
