As a Business Development professional, you’ll drive growth by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads. Using smart outreach and lead-gen tactics, you’ll spark interest in 4PS solutions and fuel our sales pipeline with quality opportunities.
The role
Have you been in sales for a while and feel ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? Then this role could be just what you’re looking for!
In this role, you’ll support inbound campaigns, schedule product demos, input data into the CRM, and book meetings for two dedicated Sales Managers. While you're not responsible for closing deals, your role is essential in generating new business and building strong foundations for future opportunities.
You’ll work alongside one experienced colleague in the same role and regularly revisit lead lists. Expect a lot of "no’s"—the biggest challenge in this position—but if you’ve got persistence, energy, and a positive mindset, this could be your perfect next step!
Your Skills
Ideally, you’ll have a degree in a business-related subject or another relevant field where you developed an understanding of business development – but it’s not essential. More importantly, you bring at least three years of relevant experience in a sales environment. Other qualities we would like to see in you:
* Early-career or profile with some business development experience;
* Strong communication skills and upbeat, ambitious attitude;
* Resilience in the face of rejection and motivation to hit your targets;
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
