What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering outstanding nursing care that meets and exceeds professional and regulatory standards.
Taking the lead in the Home Manager’s absence, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
Supervising, guiding, and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results.
Supporting colleagues through mentorship and professional development.
Promoting a person-centred approach that values each resident’s individuality.
Maintaining vigilance in safeguarding, identifying and reporting any concerns appropriately.

About You:
A Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
Strong understanding of NMC standards and best practice guidelines.
Confident in mentoring and coaching others within a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to identify safeguarding concerns and act responsibly.
