Commercial Property & Corporate Solicitor | Highly Regarded Multi Office PracticePath to Partner A highly regarded, multi branch practice is seeking a commercially minded solicitor to join North London office, specialising in a mix of commercial property and company commercial work. This is a key growth hire, offering high quality work, autonomy, and a genuine opportunity to progress to partnership.The RoleYou will handle a broad and engaging caseload spanning both commercial property and corporate matters, advising a diverse client base of SMEs and local businesses. The work will include:Commercial acquisitions and disposalsCommercial leases and landlord and tenant mattersDevelopment workRefinancingOption agreements and overageConditional contractsAsset sales and purchasesShare sales and purchasesShareholder agreementsArticles of associationCommercial contractsA key aspect of the role will be advising clients holistically, with a strong understanding of how property and corporate structures interact.About YouYou will be a solicitor with 5 years’ PQE or more and strong experience across both commercial property and company commercial work. You should be confident managing your own caseload and delivering commercially focused advice to clients.An understanding of the interplay between property and corporate structures is essential, along with the ability to build trusted, long term client relationships.As with other senior roles within the firm, you will be proactive in business development, networking, and building your own client base. Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness are key.This is a well established, multi office firm with an excellent reputation and a strong foothold in the local market.
