Permanent role 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday - Rugby Office based - hybrid working We are looking for a Membership and Qualification Advisor for our Membership Organisation client. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Provide guidance and support to members - via telephone and email. Support applicants and reviewers to use the online portal. Process membership/ registration applicants, support related processes - updating the CRM and it skills providing information and support to panel meetings Contribute to continuous improvement Knowledge and Skills required Probably qualified to A Level standard (equivalent) Outstanding communications skills and a passion for customer service. Confident IT skills and have worked within a project management framework. Experience of having worked within a membership organisation/ with volunteers and stakeholders.
