Are you an experienced Service Manager or peri Manager within supported living and disability services, passionate about leading teams through change, service improvement, and stabilisation?
Our client, a respected healthcare provider, is seeking an Interim Service Manager to oversee their key supported living services. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care during a period of organisational and service change.
The Role:
* Provide operational leadership across your services, ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care.
* Drive compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, care governance, and internal audits.
* Support services through any ongoing or historic care investigations or compliance actions.
* Foster a people-first, values-led culture, ensuring your teams feel supported, developed, and engaged.
* Working closely with the area manager to identify areas of improvement across your services
What We're Looking For:
* Experienced Registered or Service Manager within supported living, learning disabilities, or autism services.
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance, and quality assurance frameworks.
* Proven track record of leading teams through periods of change and stabilisation.
* Ability to develop, coach, and empower staff teams, creating a positive and engaged working culture.
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
* You must be on the DBS Update service
* Able to start immediately
