The ideal candidate will possess: • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in freight sales (sea, air, and road) within a freight forwarding environment. • A proven track record in sales and business development. • Comprehensive knowledge of the global freight industry. • Exceptional negotiation skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • A collaborative and dynamic team spirit. • Outstanding English and mathematics skills Key Responsibilities As a Sales & Development Executive, you will: • Identify and source new business opportunities, leveraging your own leads and those provided by the Sales and Operations teams. • Develop new sales across FCL/LCL sea freight, air freight, and road freight, for both imports and exports. • Operate flexibly, with responsibilities both in-office and in the field. • Bring transferable business connections (advantageous but not essential). • Prepare accurate quotations, ensuring the inclusion of all relevant terms and clauses...
