A specialist day centre is seeking a caring and committed Support Worker to join their dynamic team. You’ll be supporting 50+ young people with moderate to severe SEN and complex needs, helping them develop life skills, gain work experience, and access education.

* Full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).

* Excellent communication skills to liaise with other agencies
* Kind, nurturing and committed individual who is keen to support SEN learners
* Experience working within the care sector (desirable)
