Why This Role is Exciting
We are seeking a Recruiter with a proven track record in hiring for Sales and Go-To-Market roles across EMEA. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role is ideal for a recruiter experienced in scaling businesses and international hiring, especially in the UK, Germany, and other key EMEA markets.
This is a 90-day temporary position, with potential extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales and Go-To-Market roles in EMEA (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Marketing, Implementations).
2. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and candidate success profiles.
3. Source and engage passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, ATS, referrals).
4. Provide an excellent candidate experience reflecting our brand and culture.
5. Coordinate interviews and work closely with Talent Ops.
6. Ensure compliance with local hiring laws and internal standards.
7. Represent our employer brand in the EMEA region.
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
1. Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in Sales hiring across EMEA.
2. Ability to source and close candidates in competitive markets.
3. Experience in high-growth, scaling SaaS environments.
4. Knowledge of regional hiring trends and local talent expectations.
5. Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
6. Comfort working across time zones and with international teams.
