What You’ll Be Doing
Direct Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
1. Lead proactive sourcing strategies across Engineering, Sales, Commercial, Operations, and specialist technical roles.
2. Build talent pipelines through market mapping, search innovation, and creative outreach.
3. Partner with hiring managers to shape demand, improve decision‑making, and raise resourcing capability.
Candidate Experience Champion
4. Own the end‑to‑end candidate journey, ensuring every touchpoint is personal, consistent, and impactful.
5. Drive best practice across communication, feedback, and interview experience.
Social Media & Employer Brand
6. Create high‑impact social media content and campaigns that boost visibility, engagement, and quality applications.
7. Collaborate with internal comms/marketing teams to strengthen storytelling and elevate the Employer brand.
8. Track performance and use insights to refine content and attraction strategy.
Emerging Talent Campaign Leadership
9. Lead the annual Emerging Talent programme from strategy and planning through to execution.
10. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, deliver inclusive processes, and deliver experiences that inspire early talent.
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
11. Analyse recruitment performance, KPIs, and talent market trends to guide strategy and influence stakeholders.
12. Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing speed, quality, and experience across the hiring lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
13. Strong experience in in‑house resourcing/talent acquisition, ideally in technical or engineering‑led sectors.
14. Proven ability in direct sourcing and headhunting for niche, professional, or technical roles.
15. A passion for exceptional candidate experience and a track record of raising standards.
16. Experience developing and executing social media talent attraction campaigns.
17. Confidence interpreting data, metrics, and dashboards to drive decisions and improvements.
18. Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
19. Creativity, curiosity, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
