Project: £7m New Build Scheme (Berkshire)
Location: Berkshire Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance

The OpportunityA well-established Berkshire-based main contractor is looking to appoint a Project Manager due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work.The business delivers projects across the healthcare, education, and leisure sectors and has built a solid reputation for delivering quality schemes across the South.They are now looking for a Project Manager to take full responsibility for a £7m scheme in Berkshire. You will lead the project from early stages through topletion, supported by a stable and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Take overall control of the project from start to finish
2. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programme delivery
3. Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
4. Maintain health & safety and quality standards on site
5. Coordinate with design,mercial, and planning teams
6. Lead progress meetings and report to senior management
7. Manage client and stakeholder relationships
8. Oversee final handover and projectpletion
What We’re Looking For
9. Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager stepping up
10. Experience delivering projects in the £5m–£10m range
11. Background working for a main contractor
12. Ideally worked within healthcare, education, or leisure sectors
13. Strong organisational andmunication skills
14. Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track
15. SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level) & First Aid
16. Full UK driving licence
