* Leading and managing the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making
* Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with the company's growth objectives
* Ownership of the payroll
* Managing cash flow across multiple currencies, ensuring effective treasury operations
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including VAT and annual audits
* Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement financial policies that support the organisation’s strategic ambitions
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with proven experience in financial management
* Demonstrable leadership skills with experience supervising a finance team
* Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
* Proficiency in financial software; knowledge of Microsoft Navision is advantageous
* An ambitious team player, proactive and adaptable to change, with a strategic mindset
