WELCOME
Thank you for your interest in the Health & Safety Advisor role.
This important role will help us as a team to make a very real difference to the future life-chances of the children entrusted to our care.
The Bosco Catholic Education Trust is at a crucial stage of its future development, supporting and facilitating the success of Catholic schools across Sussex. At present, there are 13 schools in the Trust, 5 more joining over the coming year, and an additional 15 planned.
Working closely with the Estates Compliance Manager to provide advice and guidance to schools on all matters relating to health and safety, this role would be ideal for someone who has completed their NEBOSH certificate training and wants to gain experience in a busy and varied academy trust. While experience is not essential, a genuine passion for health and safety and a strong desire to help others is essential. We're looking for someone who shares our ethos, who is approachable, emotionally intelligent, and thrives on building positive relationships.
As the Trust continues to grow, the ability to adapt to a changing operating environment is key. Flexibility, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to evolve with the organisation will be vital for success in this role.
We believe in investing in our staff and recognising the value they bring. If this sounds like the kind of challenge you're ready for, we'd love to hear from you.
