Key Responsibilities
* Create new quotes and follow up on existing quotes.
* Liaise with vendors for pricing and quote queries.
* Provide suppliers with updates on quote progress.
* Process POs/Orders and handle queries.
* Liaise with customers, internal teams and partners.
* Manage tenders and contract administration.
* NetSuite/System administration.
* Register, update and revalidate records.
* Engage customers via phone and email when required.
Qualifications
* Ability to work in a systematic, structured way, planning and managing own time effectively.
* Evidence of working under pressure with attention to detail.
* Great people person with enthusiasm for working with others.
* Proactive with a real thirst for knowledge and development.
* Computer literate with an understanding and passion for new technology and tools.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise workload in a fast‑paced working environment.
