Role Responsibility
At KCCs Pegwell Bay Country Park, we require a Warden to maintain the site and its facilities in a clean, safe and attractive state through litter picking, carrying out minor repairs, assisting and guiding visitors, enforcing site rules, and reporting problems.
The post is for alternate weeks, comprising of summer hours = 19 every other week / winter hours = 16 every other week, and attendance at bi-monthly two-hour team meetings. For the exact breakdown of hours, please refer to the JD for Pegwell Bay.
You will be reliable, possess good interpersonal skills, and have a positive attitude towards customer care. A basic knowledge of the countryside is important, together with a flexible attitude to working hours and a level of fitness appropriate to the needs of the job.
