Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Leeds - Up to £80,000 + Benefits + Bonus
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 practice based in Leeds as its Clinical Negligence department continues to grow. The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to manage a strong pipeline of quality cases from inception through to conclusion.
Youll be joining a team of dedicated specialists known for delivering outstanding client care and excellent results, with the opportunity to make a real impact within a respected and expanding practice.
The Role:
* Handle a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from start to finish
* Investigate and litigate multi-track matters
* Progress cases efficiently while maintaining high service standards
* Draft key legal documents and correspondence
* Manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism
* Work on high-value claims including birth injury, brain injury and spinal injury matters (where applicable)
* Meet KPIs and contribute to team success

About You:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Experience managing your own Clinical Negligence caseload
* Litigation experience essential
* Strong drafting and file management skills
* Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Organised with strong time management ability
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
