We're looking for a capable and organised Technical Co-ordinator to join our Safer Homes team within Asset Management & Sustainability. This is a key support role helping to ensure that safety-critical workstreams—such as fire safety—are delivered on time, to the right standard and in full compliance with legislation.
Working closely with Contract Managers, contractors and colleagues, you'll provide technical support, monitor performance, resolve issues and help maintain safe, compliant homes for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Support Contract Managers by giving technical advice and monitoring contractor performance
• Help manage and resolve issues where work or performance does not meet agreed standards
• Support compliance with legal, regulatory and Hyde requirements
• Make sure work is completed to Hyde standards, policies and procedures
• Take ownership of tasks and queries, resolving issues quickly and effectively
• Identify risks, escalate concerns and support appropriate actions
• Keep accurate records, including inspections, certificates and compliance documents
