An exciting opportunity has arisen for a housing professional to join a leading housing association based in Edinburgh.Job Title:Investment & Planning Officer (Term - 2-3 Months)Location:Leith, Edinburgh (5 Days in office)Join a well-established housing association based in Leith. We are seeking anInvestment & Planning Officerto join us on a2-month fixed-term contract.You'll support the delivery of our asset investment and business planning activities, helping to analyse data, develop plans, and ensure investment programmes align with strategic priorities.Key responsibilities:
* Support asset investment and stock condition programmes
* Assist with business planning and financial modelling
* Analyse performance and investment data
* Work collaboratively with finance, asset management, and development teams
About you:
* Experience in investment planning, asset management, or a similar role (housing or public sector preferred)
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and financial information
* Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
