Aylesford School are looking for invigilators to join our team for the 2023-2024 exams season.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Attend briefings by the Exams Officer prior to exams taking place
2. Supervise and observe candidates at all times during the examinations
3. Keep disruption in exam rooms to a minimum
4. Deal with emergencies or irregularities calmly and effectively
5. Record/report any incidents, disruption or irregularities
6. Complete attendance registers
7. Respond to candidate questions according to regulations
8. Collect exam scripts and materials at the end of the exams
9. Check candidates names on scripts match the registers
10. Dismiss candidates from the exam room quietly and efficiently
11. Securely return all exam scripts and materials to exams office
12. Undertake training as and when required
