The Role This field-based role focuses on providing hands-on clinical application support, training and guidance to surgical teams across NHS and private hospitals. Working in close collaboration with the commercial team, you will help drive the integration of high-performance medical technologies into clinical workflows - with a particular emphasis on neurosurgery, ENT, plastic surgery and tumour treatment pathways. You will play a key part in the national roll-out of new systems, supporting healthcare professionals in real-world settings, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Deliver in-theatre support, product training, and clinical demonstrations to end-users Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to assist early adopter sites and drive product usage Build and maintain relationships with key clinical stakeholders and opinion leaders Provide expert insights to help align technology with clinical workflow needs Understand NHS and private sector funding pathways to support successful implementation Contribute to national go-to-market strategies and support post-installation success Ideal Candidate Degree-qualified in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Health Science, or similar Strong clinical background - experience in-theatre, surgical assistance, or hospital environments preferred Experience supporting healthcare technology (clinical or commercial support roles) Knowledge of Neurosurgery, ENT or Plastic Surgery is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Comfortable with regular UK-wide travel and flexible working Full UK driving licence required What's in it for you?
