German Speaking Customer Services Administrator
Home working with one day per month at the office
We are looking for individuals to join the German Customer Services team at a unique company with friendly and generous colleagues. Our Customer Services Administrators provide excellent service by building relationships, resolving queries on complex topics, and processing orders and changes. The role involves being the first contact point and representing the company's values and principles of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer queries and process requests via phone and email using contact ticket management software, adhering to policies and SLAs.
* Process customer orders through various channels (Quick Order, Web Order, Fax) using in-house systems.
* Make outgoing calls to German customers to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
* Build relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high retention.
* Maintain a positive, proactive, and flexible approach when handling requests.
* Contribute to the development of German Customer Care and the wider business, and pursue personal learning.
* Stay updated on processes and understand the company's business structure and product portfolio.
Requirements:
* Fluent in both oral and written English and German.
* Ability to learn sales processes and ordering systems.
* Excellent communication skills for internal and external customers.
* Ability to build relationships at all levels with a positive attitude.
* Problem-solving skills, initiative, and openness to continuous improvement.
* Positive, resilient, and adaptable to change.

This role offers a mix of home and office working, with approximately 1 day per month at the St Neots office for collaboration and initial training, which includes accommodation.
Sample Shift Pattern (5-week rotation):
* Week 1: Mon-Fri, 07:00-15:15
* Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, 07:30-15:45
* Week 3: Mon-Fri, 11:00-19:15
* Week 4: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, 08:00-16:15
