OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a plant fitter. This workshop-based role involves working on a variety of plant and tools, including excavators up to 8 tons, diggers, telehandlers, breakers, generators, as well as smaller tools like drills and grinders.
Responsibilities
* Conducting maintenance and repairs on a range of plant and tools
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
* Ensuring all equipment is safe and fully operational
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
* Proven experience working on similar plant and tools
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Day-to-dayYour day-to-day tasks will involve conducting maintenance and repairs on a range of plant and tools, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring all equipment is safe and fully operational.
