We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join a leading property services contractor operating within the social housing sector in the Swindon area.

The Role
As a Multi Skilled Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry and joinery repairs within occupied and void residential properties. You will also complete additional multi-trade duties as required to support the wider repairs and maintenance service.
The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out day-to-day joinery and carpentry repairs
2. Install and repair doors, frames, kitchens, flooring, and other timber components
3. Complete reactive and planned maintenance works
4. Undertake basic multi-trade works including:PlumbingTilingPatch plasteringDecorating
5. Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
6. Accurately record completed works and materials used
7. Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and residents
Requirements
8. NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (essential)
9. Previous experience in domestic maintenance or social housing repairs
10. Experience carrying out multi-trade maintenance works
11. Full UK driving licence
12. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
