Duties
* Conduct car services, repairs, and diagnostics at customers’ homes or workplaces
* Deliver high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance to all clients
* Maintain and diagnose a wide range of vehicle makes and models
* Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service
* Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used
* Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Automotive Engineering
* Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in an automotive mobile service environment
* Full, valid UK driving licence
* Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
