* Monitor KPIs and use data to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.
* Build a culture of clarity, ownership, and pride in the work.
What You Bring:
* 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role, with proven results in plant or general management.
* A systems thinker with strong operational and financial acumen.
* Experience in a make-to-order or custom manufacturing environment is a major plus.
* Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX), Microsoft Office Suite, and continuous improvement tools.
* A commitment to developing people -not just managing them.
* Bachelor's degree, but equivalent experience with leadership impact is welcome.
What You’ll Gain:
* A team of skilled tradespeople, problem solvers, and doers who care about getting it right and showing up for each other.
* The freedom to lead decisively while shaping the future of the facility.
* A company with over 60 years of success and growing.
* Competitive salary, affordable health & wellness benefits, 401K with match, paid time off, and education assistance.
* A gainsharing program that rewards collective performance.
This Isn’t Just a Job. It’s a Place to Lead Boldly, Think Long-Term, and Be Proud of What You Build. Sound like your kind of challenge? We’d love to hear from you.
