What You’ll Do:
* Empower individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
* Provide practical assistance with daily activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
* Offer emotional support and encourage participation in community activities.
* Work collaboratively with a team to deliver person-centred support plans.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure the safety and well-being of those you support.
What We’re Looking For:
* A caring and empathetic attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
