Salary: £45,000–£50,000 pro rata dependent on experience
Term: 9-month fixed-term contract (minimum 3 days per week)

* Turning employment law into clear, practical advice
* Helping managers lead with confidence (and empathy)
* Getting stuck into culture, performance and ways of working
* Spotting where things could be better, and helping fix them
You’ll probably love this role if you:
* Have experience as an HR Business Partner
* Are calm, credible and confident with complex ER
* Balance warmth with clear boundaries
