Working a continental shift pattern 4 on - 4 off, 12 hour days and nights Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, this role has overall responsibility for Safety, Quality, Equipment, throughput, cost, delivery and personnel. The role will take direction from the Business Unit Manager on plant priorities to meet the targets in line with business needs. In addition, the role will be responsible for the identification of performance improvement plans, including Zero Harm, Zero Defects, Productivity and OEE.
