KG Job description: We're looking for a dedicated team member who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and brings a strong sense of organisation, initiative, and warmth to every interaction. If you enjoy juggling varied tasks, creating smooth processes, and making guests feel at home, this role is for you. How you create impact Provide a professional and welcoming front desk experience, handling visitor management, calls, and reception area upkeep Support daily office operations including meeting scheduling, catering arrangements, and document management Oversee site repairs, vendor coordination, and supply procurement to ensure smooth office functionality Assist in planning internal events, workshops, and team gatherings with logistical precision Conduct safety checks, support evacuation drills, and maintain compliance documentation for audits Manage staff and visitor pass systems, monitor security procedures, and maintain accurate logs Contribute to environmental reporting and promote site-wide sustainability efforts Maintain thorough records of operations, safety, and compliance for easy access and audit readiness What we would like you to bring Previous experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support roles Familiarity with office maintenance, vendor coordination, and supply management Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with staff, guests, and vendors Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking skills with high attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems Understanding of health & safety compliance, sustainability practices, and facility protocols Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement within operational settings What's in it for you As well as our competitive pay rates and superb training opportunities, we also offer a great working environment.
