Step in and keep Heathrow parts moving at full throttle! We’re looking for an experienced automotive parts professional to join our modern, fast‑paced workshop at Heathrow Airport.
What You’ll Do
* Provide exceptional service to clients, including order processing, quotations, and sourcing parts locally and internationally
* Support technicians with prompt counter service and phone enquiries
* Issue materials with accurate paperwork and SAP entry
* Source urgent parts and prepare stock orders for delivery
* Deliver materials to workshops/outstations and provide updates on critical items
Goods Inward
* Receive and check deliveries, unloading safely
* Operate forklift (with licence) and maintain goods‑in/quarantine areas
* Report discrepancies, label new stock, and collect items from suppliers when needed
Stock Control
* Assist with stock counts and maintain accurate labels and bin locations
* Manage PPE stock with full traceability and ensure safe storage of all items
Outcomes / KPIs
* Provide efficient support to workshop operations
* Maintain a safe, organised stores environment and up‑to‑date COSHH data
* Follow purchasing, stock, and safety procedures
* Support cost‑saving initiatives and maintain strong SAP and stock‑system knowledge
What You’ll Need
* Automotive parts experience essential, coupled with a full UK driver’s licence
* Mechanical/technical aptitude with knowledge of automotive or industrial parts
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) (desirable)
* Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
