Overview
Our Stations team at Penrith is looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join us for 12 months. This role is part-time, working 26 hours per week.

We seek a COMMITTED individual to work alongside the Station Manager, supporting station operations, enhancing customer experience, and operational excellence across our network. With over 500,000 weekly travelers, your role will be vital in maintaining safety and efficiency, involving shift work, some weekends, and close team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure Safety and Efficiency: Monitor platform procedures, conduct safety/security checks, inspections, and audits.
2. Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Coordinate customer service activities, especially during disruptions, to meet company standards and passenger expectations.
3. Support the Station Manager: Manage daily HR issues, contractors, and premises, ensuring standards are met.
4. Train Despatch: Assist with train despatch procedures to prevent delays.
We are looking for someone committed to safety and high customer service standards, with strong management skills and the ability to support and coordinate effectively with others.
Additional Information
This is a safety-critical position requiring passing a medical exam. Training will be provided.
