What Were Looking For:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can quickly establish rapport with students and maintain momentum in the classroom.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications are highly desirable, but experienced non:QTS cover supervisors with a strong track record are also encouraged .
* Proven ability to manage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to liaise effectively with staff and students.
* A flexible and resilient approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt quickly to different subject matter and year groups.
* Strong organisational skills and punctuality.
* A commitment to the schools ethos and a passion for student success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre:planned lessons and activities across a range of subjects and key stages (KS1, KS2).
* Manage the classroom environment effectively, promoting a positive, safe, and productive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure students complete assigned work and adhere to the schools high standards of behaviour.
* Follow all school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and health and safety.
* Mark and leave feedback on completed work as required by the departmental policy.
* Report back to the relevant Head of Department/Year on student progress and any issues arising during the lesson.
