We are looking for inspirational and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our hardworking teams in Brighton & Hove. We have a range of full-time and part-time opportunities on a permanent basis.
At our Brighton service, we have four properties supporting both ladies and gentlemen in our supported living service. We also support a number of people through outreach services – supporting a total of 43 individuals aged 18 to 75, offering a variety of personalities and experiences, focused on a person-centred approach.
The people we support value many aspects of their lives. You will assist them with daily tasks such as finances, shopping, healthy meal planning, and support their hobbies like swimming, hosting parties, or baking.
You will also support individuals via outreach services across Brighton & Hove, making each day unique.
Flexibility is key, as support is provided throughout the day across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Some weekends and bank holidays work will be required.
