Associate Lecturer in Managing Digital Transformation
Further to the person specification, the essential requirements for this role are:
* Teaching experience in Managing Digital Transformation, ideally working with the adult/mature students within the FE/HE sector.
* A good understanding of the needs of part-time adult learners.
* Experience with a wide range of teaching and assessment methods.
* Demonstrably effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills across a range of relevant contexts.
* Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently as appropriate.
* Willing to engage in reflective practice.
* Good network of contacts in the relevant field so that guest speakers from the industry could be invited for seminar sessions.

Remuneration
Payment is based on an hourly rate depending on the length of continuous service with the College (starting rate £63.55 per hour inclusive of pro-rata London Allowance and holiday pay) for contact hours worked. This hourly rate is based on the starting point of Grade 7 and is inclusive of a ‘Duties Related to Teaching Multiplier’ which covers preparation, teaching, administration, assessment marking, and other examining duties in connection with the course.
