Person Specification:
* You should have at least two years' experience relevant to residential care within the last five years.
* At least one year of experience supervising and managing professional staff.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of Children Homes regulation including Quality Standards 2015, The Children's Homes (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Care Standards Act 2000, Ofsted and related legislation, and policies and procedures.
* You should hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
* You should hold a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young Peoples Services or be willing to work towards.
* You should be dedicated to providing outstanding care
* You should be suitable to work with Children. A DBS Certificate is a requirement of the role.
