The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons
* Work 1:1 and with small groups to reinforce learning
* Help students stay engaged, focused, and motivated
* Support classroom behaviour and lesson delivery
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
* Build positive relationships with students across the school
You’ll gain valuable hands-on classroom experience while developing confidence, communication, and behaviour management skills.
