What You'll Be Doing:
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital projects for public sector clients. You'll ensure projects are delivered to an international and high-quality standard, meeting all deadlines and objectives. This includes:
* Leading and managing the full project lifecycle for digital transformation projects within public sector organisations.
* Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
* Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Managing project budgets effectively across multiple initiatives.
* Overseeing and coordinating technical teams involved in web development and platform delivery.
* Ensuring adherence to security standards and best practices.
* Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
* Maintaining strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
* Facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the project team and with stakeholders.
* Applying an innovative and analytical approach to problem-solving and delivering rapid solutions.
What You'll Bring:
* Mandatory: Current and active UK SC (Security Check) Clearance is essential for this role.
* Proven experience successfully managing technical/digital projects specifically within the public sector.
* Demonstrable experience working with complex web development projects and platforms.
* Solid understanding of key digital transformation areas, including SEO, UX, and Security.
* Experience controlling budgets for multiple concurrent projects.
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present clearly and persuasively.
* A proactive and innovative problem-solving approach with strong analytical skills.
* A strong track record of building and maintaining positive client and colleague relationships.
* Experience working within a digital agency (highly advantageous).
