Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for staff and students, including hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and servers

• Monitor and maintain network security and compliance with safeguarding policies
• Support IT-related school projects, events, and initiatives

Experience and Qualifications
• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software
• Experience providing technical support in an educational or similar environment desirable
