Overview
We are seeking a Paid Media Executive who understands that digital marketing doesn't stop at the "click." You will be responsible for the full-funnel journey: attracting high-quality traffic through paid channels and converting/retaining that traffic into loyal customers. This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of analytical rigour and strategic thinking to ensure no lead is left behind in the customer journey. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic marketing team, utilising cutting-edge tools and platforms to deliver impactful results. Candidates should have a passion for digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimisation.
Duties
* Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Design and execute end-to-end strategies, from Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) awareness on TikTok and Meta to Bottom-of-Funnel (BOFU) conversion via Google Search and LinkedIn.
* Paid Media Execution: Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
* Monitor and analyse: Constant analysis of campaign metrics using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to identify areas for improvement
* Data Integration: Ensure tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager) and integrations are firing correctly to maintain clean attribution data.
* Reporting: Deliver transparent, high-level performance reports that identify areas for improvements across all paid platforms
* Passion: Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing strategies
Experience
* Minimum 1 year experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads. .
* You must have experience running ads in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a benefit.
* You must also be able to analyse data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms
* Strong project management & organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This role is a minimum of 3-4 days in the office. You must be able to commute to SW London. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional eager to utilise their expertise in paid search to contribute significantly to our organisation's growth.
