Working for a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) and Hybrid SOC helping organisations strengthen their cyber resilience through world-class Consulting and 24×7 Managed Services.
Their Security Operations Centre (SOC) delivers end-to-end protection: real-time monitoring, detection, remediation, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
I am looking for a Technical Service Manager (TSM) to act as the key point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth delivery of managed security services while driving continual improvement.
What You’ll Do
* Own delivery of several managed security contracts, ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met.
* Act as the client’s trusted advisor, from C-suite to technical teams, driving service quality and improvements.
* Produce and present service performance reports, identify trends, and lead improvement initiatives.
* Manage incidents, problems, and change processes across your portfolio.
* Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for service enhancements or add-ons.
* Influence subcontractors and internal delivery teams to ensure services are delivered to a high standard.
* Support service design, acceptance, and small enhancement projects.
What I am Looking For
* ITIL Foundation certified with strong service delivery experience.
* Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language.
* Proven stakeholder management skills with both technical and business leaders.
* Strong leadership, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
* Understanding of modern infrastructure technologies and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* PRINCE2 or ITIL Expert a bonus.
* Hybrid role with regular client engagement across the UK.
