Job summary
The HR Reward Analyst is responsible for pay and reward management across NS&I. The post holder will be the lead point of contact for day to day pay and reward management, internal and external reporting and NS&I�s job evaluation process.
In addition to the core responsibilities this role will lead on the implementation of NS&I�s review of pay and reward working closely with the Head of HR and People & Finance Director.

Reward & Pay
Working with the Head of HR and Learning, responsible for implementation of the NS&I reward policy and the full pay cycle. Including but not limited to:
1. Management and maintenance of the pay remit
2. Be responsible for co-ordination of job evaluation: conducting job evaluation panels, contributing on the panel and recording outcomes and maintaining the job catalogue and lead on annual Job Evaluation audit.
3. Supporting on the annual submission of the NS&I pay remit business case in accordance with the Civil Service Pay Guidance.
4. Complete pay market data surveys ensuring that they are completed accurately and within contractual timeframes and provide analysis and trends on the findings.
5. Conduct market analysis, identifying incumbent position against market and making salary recommendations.
6. Administer a range of benefits and work with the HR Business Partners to promote and manage supplier relationships.
7. Management of the Flexible Benefits system, making improvements or recommendations for additional benefits along with day to day liaison and issue resolution with the supplier(s).
8. Work with HR Business Partners to coordinate mid and end year appraisal process, ensuring all reviews are completed on time and that performance ratings are captured in the HR Information System.
9. Management of the annual performance variable pay process, relevant data, budget and administration.

11. Lead on external report production to give accurate and timely statistic and MI to external stakeholders Cabinet Office, HMT etc.�
HR service delivery
12. Deliver a proactive HR service by working closely with the HR Business Partners and wider business to ensure that all HR processes run smoothly and meet business needs.
