Key information:
* A robust clinical team comprising 4 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, and 4 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, supported by a committed and experienced nursing and administrative workforce.
* A steadily growing patient list of over 18,500 patients.
* Utilises the EMIS Web clinical system.
* Offers a dedicated Minor Operations Clinic, and is an AQP Minor Surgery Provider.
* High achievement across all QOF indicators.
* An active training practice, with opportunities for professional development and GP training mentorship.
* Part-dispensing practice.
* Rated ‘Good’ across all domains by the CQC.
