Scalewise is operating in partnership with an exciting Seed Start-Up who are changing the face of the Financial Operations industry through their AI-powered, fully automated software platform which creates a Unified Management System to save finance teams up to 80% cost and entirely eliminant human error. With integrations into all major ERP providers and some huge household names as customers already, they have seen their ARR sore past £1m without any presence in the UK.


They are about to announce a significant Series A round with a pure focus on building out the UK market and, as such, we are looking to make a Founding Sales hire who can spearhead the new business efforts within the UK, shape our GTM strategy and be at the helm as we build a supporting team around them.


This is an opportunity for someone with Financial Services industry experience, a passion to be part of building something out which is truly impacting the market and a desire to work with some of the leading names within AI and Finance Software (as well as the associated investment partners from some leading names) to position us as a leading embedded finance solution.



Role – Founding Account Executive

Location – London (2-3 days a week ideal)

Salary - upto £80k x2


Role:


* Define & Manage the sales process (from Lead to Close) for the company
* Work closely with Founders to execute the plan and drive conversations with a core selection of ICP targets in the Mid-Market and enterprise segments.
* Drive a PG/Sales led approach to developing pipeline & opportunities within New Logos
* Own the closing of new logo pipeline opportunities
* Help shape a GTM execution playbook
* Be responsible for the revenue numbers of the organisation in the UK
* Leverage consultative selling approach to demonstrate our unique value proposition
* Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities
* Spearhead new business growth in the UK ahead of supporting SDR and CS team being built around you




Experience Needed:


* 3-5 years experience selling a SaaS solution in a New Business Sales capacity
* Experience selling a FinTech or related SaaS solution (Expense Management, Cashflow Management, Payments)
* Experience selling to CXO/CFO level executives
* Understanding of the key persona's within this company's ICP (e.g. Financial Controller, Finance Director, CFO)
* Previous experience working in a growing Start-up environment - you enjoy the scrappiness of a start-up
* Proven Pipeline Generation success - you are a New Business hunter who loves winning new logo's
* Highly collaborative - you will be working closely with the wider Senior Leaderships Team on pivotal initiatives within the company as they grow further into the Enterprise
* Experience using a proven Sales Methodology - MEDDPIC, BANT, CotM etc
