We’re looking for an experienced Senior Field Operations Manager to lead and optimise the delivery of field-based switchgear services across multiple regions.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll drive performance, oversee complex projects, and ensure high standards across installation, commissioning, maintenance, and retrofit activities.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop field engineering teams
* Drive safety, quality, and operational performance
* Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance projects
* Manage resource planning and utilisation across regions
* Act as the senior escalation point for technical and operational issues
* Support commercial performance, productivity, and service margins
* Build strong client relationships and support business growth
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in engineering or construction environments
* Strong knowledge of switchgear and/or switchboard construction
* Experience in production scheduling and operational planning
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Track record of driving performance and continuous improvement
